Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the hosted Wardwell service provided by Wardwell Labs ("Wardwell"). By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Wardwell is a managed work surface that collects authorized source material, prepares project context and briefs, and records actions and receipts. Features may change while the service is in a limited pilot.
2. Your account and sources
You are responsible for your account, for safeguarding access to it, and for having the rights and permissions needed to connect a source or submit material. Do not use Wardwell to access or process information unlawfully.
3. Your data
You retain your rights in material you submit or authorize Wardwell to access. You give Wardwell the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, and transmit that material to operate the service. You can request an export through the product and may ask us to close your account.
4. Automated output and human judgment
Wardwell uses automated systems, including third-party models, to organize context and prepare suggested work. Output may be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for reviewing consequential decisions and for how you use the output.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, probe another customer’s data, evade access controls, distribute malware, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
6. Fees and third-party services
Paid plans renew as described at checkout until canceled. Payment processing and connected sources are provided by third parties under their own terms. Fees already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.
7. Availability, suspension, and termination
We work to keep Wardwell reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may suspend access when needed to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material breach. You may stop using Wardwell at any time.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without implied warranties. Wardwell is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Wardwell’s aggregate liability for the service will not exceed the amount you paid Wardwell in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice through the service or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
