Subprocessors

Wardwell uses the vendors below to operate the hosted service. Each one receives only the information needed for its function. We will update this list as the service changes.

Model processing

• Anthropic — turns approved source context into structured briefs and suggested work. Wardwell sends the context needed for a request; it does not send data from channels set to zero-persistence.

Source integration

• Slack — the source you connect to bring channel messages into Wardwell, and the surface where Wardwell posts back. You choose which channels are enabled.

Communications

• Resend — sends account and sign-in email, such as magic links. It handles your email address and message metadata.

Billing

• Stripe — processes payments and manages subscriptions. Stripe handles payment-card details directly; Wardwell does not store full card numbers.

Infrastructure

• Cloudflare — sits in front of the service to terminate TLS and forward requests to the application.
• S3-compatible object storage — holds encrypted database backups. Backups are encrypted before they leave the host.
